Bought a new box of Scrubbing Bubbles toilet cleaner (Yes, my life is one big party)

On the back of the box images show step by step how to break away tabs with your BARE fingers to load wand.

Right below it in small print "DO NOT GET SOAP ON SKIN OR IN EYES." If you do, flush skin or eyes with water and seek medical help if needed.

Makes sense to me. If it is dry, the ingredient isn't active. Once wet (soap), it becomes an issue. Just what I got from the label, may not be true.
There's always a bit of moisture on our hand. And a lot of chemicals just need contact to cause problems. Heck grab a hold of some sodium metal and you'll understand.

Just so you know, my comment was made in jest. I thought 41 Dude might be one to catch the humor. You are, of course, correct in what you said.
Sorry. It took me a while to get back. The seat belt on my moped was stuck to my Speedo.
The highway patrolman was not amused 😐
I like turd's sense of humor :D
