I Have a beautiful pair of Walrus Ivory grips for sale. I bought them off a guy stationed in Alaska in the late 60's. He made them himself from a piece of tusk he had found. He even made the screw out of ivory. He said it took him 12 tries to make the screw. He also claimed the pouch he made to hold them was from reindeer hide. They are a beautiful yellow with some black streaks. I can email pics if you are interested. I'm asking $600.00 or best offer. He had them on a Blackhawk manufactured back then. The pics of the blued steel gun are an XR3 frame from a .32 cal convertible Buckeye. They fit pretty good on it. The stainless gun with the yellow insert behind the cylinder is a .327 magnum Blackhawk with an XR grip frame. In my opinion the grips are way to small for the XR frame. Hope the pics help.
