I too thought it was a bit unusual for the vertical rings to be loose from a rifle.

Way too much money for me, but hope the buyer enjoys them.

No idea why they would be sepeated but they do turn uo from time to time

This seems to b the current going rate BUT I have seen as NEW in the pouch with the screws unturned go for $350.

What I haven't seen in years is s set of Verticals with one Med and one Low for the earliest 77s. Even back then they sold for $500.

I have one "extra" set patiently waiting for another 1967 #1 that has lost it's rings to find it's way to my house so I can reunite them.
