Two big guys sharing a meal

Our house backs up to a golf course. And we have deer that hang out around it. Nearby there is some woods so I guess that is were they live. I feed the deer and black belly whistling ducks every night. These two bucks decided to share a meal.

Still in velvet. Wait a while and they would rather be fighting than feeding.

My wife has bird feeders out in the backyard, and she has me put out corn for the deer as well. We've had as many as 24 deer at one time in the backyard. Out of all of them, though, there are only a few bucks, and only one of those has a decent-sized rack. Those two in the OP are nice ones.

I’ve seen pictures of dead bucks with their antlers tangled. I always thought it was from fighting. Turns out it’s from sharing food.
