Can anyone tell me where to get the best price on a little tin for casting? Don't need much just want to cast a few bullets. I have purchased some from Midway once but the last time I looked in their catalog it was about $30.00 plus for one little stick about 10 inches long.I haven't checked them lately. Thanks

Rotometals or even your local plumbing supply should have Lead free solder which should be 95% TIN and 5% Antimony

Hate to sound cheap, but the old timers that tought me casting showed me how to use soilder (spelling?) that contains tin. It has worked great so far if you can find it with tin in it.

I second this.
I bought 50# roll of 50-50 solder on E-bay a couple years back for $50 delivered.
You might not find deals like this, but solder from soldering tanks at radiator repair shops is another, sometimes, very reasonable source of solder with tin.
Good luck.

I use pewter. I can usually find old dented pieces at flea markets, thrift shops, and auctions for under $2 a lb.

I'll second the 50/50 solder....but make certain that it's the rosin-core variety, NOT acid-core.

Google "bar solder". You'll find vendors of 50-50, 60-40, 40-60, etc. solder in 1 lb. bars for about $11.00 to $13.00. I bought 50-50 from Rotometals and it's easy to use; one bar has 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) of tin (I used mine to make a lyman #2 equivalant of linotype, bar solder, pure lead).
