I have several prototypes that will need only a few million dollars worth of developmental work to perfect. I am sure the Department of Energy would be happy to fund that, especially if they sign a contract to purchase 100 units.

All I really need to get the non-turbo unit up and running is a dilithium chamber and a warp core...oh,yeah...and an ion drive unit. By the time I have those problems solved, the new tachyon emitting ruby-lasers should be able to send a stream of excited high-energy light waves through the transparent gold membrane to activate the alternating diamond-encrusted multi-phase power inducers to activate the plasma-powered ion drive, which will energize the dilithium chamber to energize the warp core to power the unit.

All very simple...basic stuff really.

Should be money well spent...I'll submit the draft proposal to the Department of Energy and the Defense Department on April 1,2015.

Shouldn't take any longer to get the non-turbo unit up and running than it will take Obama's green energy projects to produce any usable energy and at a substantial cost savings.

the WIKI article shows the pages from the GE I&SE Field Engineering Manual (FEM) that many of the older engineers still keep when it was actually issued as a FEM revision. The GE Lynn Steam Turbine Divison had a good sense of humor back then because there was just as complicated discription of the process of manufacturing the hinges for thier electrical enclosures when a customer complaned about the cost. And then there was the accident investagation report of the "cat in the generator" (the original publication title was not PG rated)

I tell them I know I sound like the guy in the video but by the end of the 3rd week, it'll all (sort of) make sense.
