Excuse me, but if they are residents of Montana, they aren't Californians, the are now Montana's. And we do try to export only the worst sorts. It's sort of like what was done to California during the Dust Bowl, Depression, and with the advent of the welfare system in the 50's and 60's. California got all of the dregs from the rest of the country. These people brought their ways here, now you are getting the descendants back.

When a Californian moves to Texas, he is still a Californian. When a Californian moves to Montana he is still a Californian.
If you put a lizard in an aquarium, he doesn't become a fish does he?

If an adult does something stupid and get attacked by a bear, instead of killing the bear for being a bear, they should kill the human for being stupid.

That's a little overkill isn't it? A human uses bad judgement and dies? Better hope that attitude never applies to you or your loved ones.
