Tasco 3x9 - 40 and Weaver See Through Scope Rings

Not sure if there is any interest, This is a Tasco 3x9 - 40 Matte Finish. One inch tube, with Weaver see through scope rings. It is an extra scope I just don't use...at all. How about $30 (EDITED~ lower price.) For both shipped. It appears the cheapest this combo could be had would be around $45 or $50. Perfect setup for 10/22 perhaps?

I am in Dallas Texas.

The scope does not have any scratches and I can't say new, but how about gently used? Well, here are some pictures. Let me know if you have any questions.
