SR40 to 9mm?

Can an SR40 be converted to 9mm? Are there conversion barrels available for it or will a regular 9 mm bbl work?

I have a line on a used SR40 at a very good price. I only buy 40's that can be converted to 9mm however. I carry 40, practice with 9mm. I have a Glock, XD40 and SW 40 with 9mm conversions. Wouldn't mind trying an SR40 but only if I can get a 9mm bbl for it.

I am not aware of a 9mm conversion barrel for the SR40. What you can do is get an SR9 slide, barrel, and recoil spring. The SR40 and SR9 frames are identical.
