<SPF> Like new set of Hogue wood grips for S&W K/L frame square butt revolvers. The grips have been used but don't have any signs of wear or marks.

yes, the grip screw and bracket are included.

My k frame has the screw thru the sides of the grip?

Yes, that is the standard S&W grip. These use a cradle that mounts on the grip locator studs on each side of the gripframe and then you slide the grips on to the gripframe and screw them in to the cradle.
