FS: Ruger old model Blackhawk, 45 Colt, with a 4 5/8" barrel. S/N is 45-22211 and it shipped in March, 1973 as a BKH44, so 45 Colt only. I acquired this gun through Jussbad while he was at a show one weekend. He called me, knowing that I was looking for these, and I bought it. After calling Ruger on it and getting a ship date, I realized that it was a duplicate in my collection so I am selling it.
It came to me with black eagle grips, which I replaced with correct silver eagle grips, and the front ramp painted red. I cleaned off the red paint on the ramp. It also came with a white outline rear sight, which I have left on.
Gun is in 97+% condition with just a slight hint of a cylinder drag line. a line under the barrel from the ejector rod, and a slight bluing wear on the left side of the muzzle. Other than the white outline rear sight, it is 100% correct and still has its original lockwork (ie has NOT been sent to the factory for the safety conversion). No box or papers.
