FS: New in Box, appears unfired, Ruger New Model Blackhawk in 357 Maximum. Comes with original box and manual. S/N is 600-08247, shipped in March, 1983 as a BNM-7. This is one nice Maxi. I have very rarely run across Maxis that were this nice.

You're not kidding. If anything, I think he underpriced it! I saw the subject line and thought "$1000!" We are talking NIB. For a gun that was recalled. Would love to have it but I've sworn in the past that I won't buy pure safe queens and that's what this one should be. It really would be a sin to mess this one up. They really won't be making any more of these. A pure collector will come along and give this one a good home and we'll be seeing it at the Tulsa shows.

Thanks guys! It looks like a VERY sharp Maximum, and it proved too much for me to resist. (These maxi's are startin' to grow on me) Matt & a certain Mr. H. have been dangling shiny stuff in front of me. :shock:
