My LGS has one for sale, are these anything special? It looks like it would need moon clips to function?

It does need the clips to function better (extraction), but it can function without using them. You might have to use something to get the empty cases out if they stick a bit as the extractor does not contact the case rim. If it's a good price, get it, you'll not be sorry (and you can always use it as trading material

I went by the LGS and snapped a photo, it's SUPER CLEAN,maybe unfired.

Factory grips and a Tyler T grip is all you need to make it complete.
I don't think you can import those into CA any longer. Be a shame to let one get sold out of state …. To Illinois for example ….., just sayin'.

I wonder what he'd charge to ship it.
