SP101 trade for Single Seven?

I have an SP 101 MC with the original Altamount grips plus a set of Hogue black rubber grips.
I installed Wolff springs throughout. I have as new Triple K leather holster and 36 inch belt, double speed loader holder, and two speed loaders. It has been fired about 30 times. I have carried it around the farm some, but I think I want a Single Seven Birdshead. Would I be be a fool to think anyone would make this trade? Are the birdshead 327's still being made?

What caliber and barrel length is your SP?
Still have the original parts for it?

357 , 4.2, adjustable sights, yes I have all of the springs I took out of it. Plastic box and lock, paperwork....
