SP101 Target Grey SOLD

I haven't seen many of these around. Special run of Target Grey finish. I think this is a 2004 production gun. New in Box from my collection.

First one I have seen in a while myself. I saw one about 3-4 years ago and kick my self every time I look at my sp-101s because I did not buy it then.

Can you tell me more about this finish? Is it stainless?

Stainless parts that are tumbled and chemically treated. Once you see it in person you either love it or hate it, it seems. Personally I love it. Very smooth polished feel but a dark gray color.

Ruger made long guns in target gray too. The most popular is the Super Redhawk 454. That is a nice pistol with the old lett style grips with black lam wood inserts. Very pretty indeed. Again my opinion.
