Never seen one like this. It does not have the inserts. Wonder when they made these? Looks like a polymer version of the original Zytel version. But, yes that is what is normally referred to as the boat paddle stock, just a slightly different version.

This is the boat paddle stock as manufactured for the 10/22 model. There were never any inserts on this model. It looks like a genuine piece that is not easy to find these days. Good luck with your sale.

IIRC the 10/22 boat paddles never had inserts but the 77/22 does.
