It was made for a 5.5" Redhawk, and it is right-hand only. From front to back, measured across the "wings" that have the belt slots, it is about 9". Top to bottom, not counting retention strap, is about 9.5". The metal-reinforced tab works great for unsnapping with your thumb. There are some scratches inside the holster as though someone had a revolver with a sharp front sight in there. The leather feels like it has had some conditioner put on the outside - none on the inside that I can tell. I got this holster with a used Redhawk and it's just not my thing. $35 shipped USPS with nylon holster below. Looks like it will fit in a Priority Mail padded envelope.
The second one is a Soft Armor by Mil-Tech nylon holster, size 10, with an adjustable Velcro retention strap. It's ambidextrous, having belt loops under the Velcro on both sides. It should fit 6" Med & Lg Frame Rev, S&W L & N, Colt, Ruger, Taurus according to the Soft Armor website. This looks like their "R" series. $10 shipped, or FREE with purchase of the leather holster.
