have new stainless 357 Blackhawk, returned to Ruger for barrel/cylinder gap and endshake issues when first purchased. Ruger repaired and returned gun and it has never been fired. 6.5 inch barrel, original box was cardboard and was discarded years ago. $475 plus shipping. It should read, Stainless "New Model" Blackhawk, there never was a Stainless Blackhawk.

But a New Model Blackhawk is indeed one type of Blackhawk, so the seller was not wrong in calling it that.

This is coming from someone (me) who is often overly critical and pedantic. I think his post title and description were fine.
