Ruger Blackhawk 3 screw - NOT modified.
.357 Magnum
6 1/2" barrel.
Original grips.
Model # is BKH-36X.
Slight holster wear on the end of the muzzle, but nothing significant. Locks up tight and the rifling is excellent.
I don't have the original box, but I do have the manual and a Ruger shipping box.
$450/OBO.
Shipping will be $40 from my FFL to yours.

Nice gun. The letter states it was shipped as a BKH-36X, meaning it was shipped as a convertible with a spare 9mm cylinder. Is the 9mm cylinder included in this offering?

I don't have the 9MM cylinder. The person I bought it from had misplaced/lost the box and the 9MM cylinder.
