I have one factory new Redhawk from Davidson's in 45 Colt with the 4.2" barrel. Price here on the forum is $769 SHIPPED :!:
This is a factory new in box Ruger Redhawk model 5027 4.2" in .45 Colt from Davidson's and carries the Davidson's Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. These are heavy built revolvers and will handle any properly loaded .45 Colt round. These can also be reamed out to .454 Casull by some of the major professional revolver smiths. These have the same cylinders as the Super Redhawks but fluted rather than solid with roll markings. These new ones don't have the warning placard on the side of the barrel anymore, it's on the bottom side of the ejector shroud, and the .45 Colt stamp has been moved from the middle of the barrel down onto the side of the underlug, and all markings are the new black background laser etching. These also have the same new ovate ejector shape as the Supers for maximum durability under heavy recoil. These new 4" models now have the same DX interchangeable front sight base as the 5.5" and 7.5" models instead of the pin in style. These come with a wedge tool to remove the Hogues and the take down pin that stores in the grip hub if the 2 piece factory wood or laminate grips are used.
THESE COME WITH THE HOGUE RUBBER GRIPS ONLY..........
BUT, RUGER WILL ALLOW BUYERS OF THESE 4" REDHAWKS TO EXCHANGE THE HOGUES FOR THE FACTORY HARDWOOD LAMINATES SHOWN IN THE LAST PICTURE. ALL THAT IS REQUIRED IS THAT THE HOGUES BE RETURNED WITH A NOTE STATING THEY NEED TO BE SWAPPED FOR THE LAMINATES. THE LAMINATES CAN BE BOUGHT OUTRIGHT AS WELL FROM RUGER OR THROUGH ME.
