SOLD PF.......Got this unfinished project from a friend. It is a complete Ruger No 3 barreled action with custom wood that someone was going to fit on it. The stock set is unfit and needs to be opened up more for the factory barrel contour and for the action. I put it on best I could to show what it might look like on the gun, but you will have to do final fitting and finishing on it. Or, buy it for the action and use the wood for something else. I am not the greatest judge of unfinished wood, but it looks like this will be very nice once done. The gun itself is actually in very nice condition with some very scattered, light freckling in a few places. Excellent bore. Trigger pull feels like 5-7 pounds to me and breaks very crisply. Don't know if it has been worked on, but it is better than I figured a factory trigger would be, given the couple No 3s I've owned over the years. LOP, best I can measure it in this state, is around 13.75", but that is without the stock being finished and without any kind of recoil pad, so you would have a lot of control over what the final LOP would be. $525 shipped in the Lower 48.
