Did a search, just trying to answer those questions. The good news is you can still buy them and now they have a stamp on the inside that says, "Made in the USA." So that should make people happy. And they also say Altamont... so now we know who made them!

I was checking my square butt N frame inventory... looking to see what grips were on what guns. I don't want to buy something to put in a drawer so I needed to know if I could actually use them... I have two options that would work. So $59 shipped sounds like a good deal to me... I will take them.
