I just bought this brand new, bought a second magazine (the CW model only comes with one) and fired exactly 7 rounds of factory ball ammo. (Worked and fed just fine by the way). Kahr says they need to be broken in with 200 rounds.
I don't like it. Guess I am too old for a compact light weight 45.
