The grip is brand new and came with my new 4" Redhawk. This particular grip, with the Ruger symbol, is not for retail sale and only comes with the purchase of a 4" Redhawk...but will fit any Redhawk. I have very small hands and prefer the smaller fit of the Altamont Rosewood grips.
