Backstory: I was duped by a fake 455 ammo seller (User Name: qmrp2567) on one of the “Gunboards” so when a nice gentleman on another forum responded to my WTB ad with this ammo, I bought all he had. Well, “all he had” was 3 boxes too much for me so……

This stems from my prior listing of 455 ammo.
I fail understand why he feels duped or scammed when there was no transaction. No transfer of funds or goods. I listed some 455 Webley ammo which I was sorting out from a package. It was marked 455 Fiocchi. It turned out to be mixture of 450 Fiocchi, Kynoch and WW2 45ACP.
I understand that it took me 3 weeks to respond to Jeb who wanted to buy the ammo. What I had was not what I listed. I am very sorry.
I admit it was careless in my listing not making sure of what I had. I might have broken some form of Forum code of conduct. I am sorry for that.
However, I have to reiterate that I did not even attempt to receive funds or goods for this. I took off my listing when I realized I had I problem. I would rather back out of a deal that commit fraud. The fact that Jeb has been posting that he was duped or scammed implies I benefited in some way from a my listing.
