Watching the grandkids today. Virtual learning but they got a 2 1/2 hour lunch break. Perfect wet snow for a snowman and snowball fight.

We only got about 6 inches but it's supposed to start raining later this afternoon. No way I was driving to Baltimore this am and trying to get back this evening on the beltway and long rural roads between Westminster/Taneytown/Emmitsburg back to Gettysburg. My 2 hour drive would be a 4 hour commute in that mess. It was basically virtual learning for me all day as well......I had HR type training overdue since last March I had to catch up on.....what a brutal day. I am now caught up and suddenly a unbiased leader who knows how to deescalate confrontations with love and bring harmony to my team.......meh what a load of dung!

We have ~five inches on the ground and the weather guessers are predicting snow for the next three days. It is however, a little crisp. 🥶

Early this morning.

35 degrees right now and warming up to 50 today......and raining. What a mess.....of course more snow coming on SAT and of course warming up to 50 again SUN with rain. Which means ice every night and mud every day. Fun stuff.

Only got an inch here (and I AM talking about SNOW).... we've been lucky so far this year.

See that little pile of snow? That’s what’s left of the snowman one day later. With a bluebird on the perch over the suet feeder.
