Wow, someone in CA is going to get a good deal. The first time in my life I can say I wish I was in CA. Even if he would ship, looks like I would have been to late anyway. Great buy.

Hey spgtti. I sent you a PM about a week ago and I see it is still in my outbox so you haven't read it. If you don't mind reading it let me know what you think.

Thanks,

Ken

Even face to face, if you don't live in CA you couldn't legally buy them. A dealer would have to do the transfer.

I don't understand your point. Anyone who deals with guns know all sales have to go through an FFL. At this point I realize spgtti wants to do FTF but if he changes his mind and is willing to ship them then that's up to him.

Sales don't have to go through an FFL if both parties are residents of the same state. If one of them isn't, then the sale has to go through an FFL. If you traveled to California to buy them FTF, you'd have to go through a dealer.

for right now I would like to see if I can find interest locally. Because of past experience, I want to do a cash transaction. I would also like the buyer to check the guns out personally before buying. I know I would if I was the buyer. Spgtti

$325 for the 4 5/8 .357/9mm. $300 for the 6inch birds head.$400 FOR THE Bisley, $200 for .22mag/22lr if you don't want the lot for 1100. 3pairs of stock grips and original plastic boxes for the stainless guns.

will take the package deal if you changed your mind & will ship

These guns are still for sale. Have been stored for almost a year. I also offered $500 worth of ammo for $150.A guy that wanted them showed up with 2 or 3 friends at a dealer they chose and none were currently licensed to buy a hand gun. So after waiting for everyone to take their test, the dealer said it would take about 4 hrs. to do the transfer. After they haggled about the ammo, I walked out with the guns. So it's that time of the year,I need the money and am open to suggestions of how to do this with less hassle than last year.

California does not allow face to face (FTF) private party sales even among California residents. One still has to go through a California FFL for such a transaction.

Can't believe this package hasn't sold, great deal for someone.

If I may, you may consider initiating an ffl to ffl transfer, I am sure they would sell here at the forum.
