Security 380 in NJ?

I want to buy a Security 380, but am worried they're not compliant with NJ law and I won't be able to complete the FFL transfer.

For a start, the mag holds 15 rounds and NJ has a 10-round limit. Can I just ask the out-of-state vendor to send it without a magazine (there are after market 10 round mags available)? Or will it still not be NJ compliant?

The model 3855 comes with two 10 round magazines.

It’s compliant as long as the gun has a 10 round magazine. Tell the vendor you don’t want the 15 round magazine and buy the 10 round in its place and you’re good to go.

I have a Security-380 as my CCW. My dealer couldn't get the model with the 2 10 round mags. He simply blocked the 15 round mag at 10 round capacity. He is an ex Chief of Police, so he makes sure that people going through his classes are completely legal and will meet all requirements of the New Jersey laws. I say get it, I think it is one of the best options you could choose.
