Rust on an Ruger Auction?

Does this look like it has surface rust? My computer is older, but it looks like light surface rust on several of the parts including the backstrap, or maybe it's just dirty.

I would say it is, looking at the trigger I see what appears to be rust in two different photos at different angles. My opinion.

Looks like there may be a little cancer w/pitting, some blueing loss, and may need a little more elbow grease. It might be interesting to look in the bore, chambers, and face of cylinder as well.
