Since it's been asked. Size 6 is extra high. Size 4 is medium.
M-77's require two different size rings, front and rear, 6 and 5, or 5 and 4, etc.
Mini's, #1's, 77/44, 77/22, 77/357, and 96's, use the same size front and rear.
