Ruger Mini 14 factory folder

Found a stainless mini 14 ranch with a factory folding stock the other day at a LGS for $650.
It has the correct side mounted front gas block sling attachment. Looks like it has seen very few rounds.
Needed it like a hole in the head, but couldn't pass it up as an investment.
