Give me some suggestions for target ammo with the least recoil so I do not freak my wife out. I have just shot the white box fmj 130 grain ammo from walmart. Is there ammo out there that is milder? Thanks

I've found sellier and Beloit 148 grain wadcutters and American Eagle 158 grain lead roundnose to have about the same recoil as WWB 130 grain in the LCR, and both give me better accuracy to point of aim than the WWB.

Magtech 38 Special Short 125gr. ---- 686fps. This is powder puff stuff.

This is not an industry standard designation, it pretty much amounts to a shorter 38 special for cowboy shooting.
It will be a little smoky. 8) 8)
