Backpacker and I believe the 41 Magnum will be identical. Same weight as the 44M (one ounce more to account for the bigger bore on the 44 Mag), round butt, wood grips, 2.75" barrel w/red ramp front and adjustable rear sights, all stainless construction. I have to mention one thing - I didn't raise the price, Ruger did. Maybe some of you don't understand how little profit I make on new guns. After processing the payment, packaging the gun, paying the shipping and driving to the post office, I'm lucky to make a $25 gross profit. I'm sorry the price went up $20, but I can't do this for a $5 profit. Some of you want my "best price" on two guns - just where can I find the money to give an additional discount? I love you guys, but this is my job and my wife expects me to bring some money home each week (go figure). Unless you are buying 10 or 20 guns, the price is the price, there just isn't any room left. I sure appreciate your business, but if you can find a better price, by all means, go for it.
