I purchased some Williams Fire Sights to replace the fixed factory sights on my Ruger 22/45 MK III pistol.

The front sight went on with no problems. However, I think I need to order some additional parts to attach the rear sight.

I guess the Williams rear sight is compatible with Ruger Target/Hunter sights and not the fixed sight (which I have).

It appears that I need a Ruger rear sight base, elevation spring and elevation screw. Maybe other parts as well?

Can anyone tell me exactly what additional parts I need to attach the rear Williams sight to my Ruger 22/45?

I think the slot is cut differently but I don't have a fixed sight MKIII. My MKII fixed sight has a different dovetail than the target sight one though.

I'm not sure what the Williams looks like, but if you post a picture of the items I may be able to help. I have a couple extra rear sights from other conversions.

Here are the Williams sights.
