Ruger #1 Confusion

I rarely check Ruger official web page, did so tonight to find 44 mag 20 inch 1S and 35 Whelen 24 inch 1S listed a Talo exclusives. These were both Lipseys exclusives. What happened???

I think they just did not sell well. I noticed those were showing in stock at Davidsons now as well.

Likely right, saw some sell on GB below dealer cost. Not sure why little interest, both I thought are very desirable versions.

Lipsey’s gave up exclusivity and TALO took them on for now...

Good enough for me! Got one of each of those in the safe. Plain walnut on the 35 Whelen 1S medium, and a nice Circassian stock on the 1A 44.
