Can you brief me on the red dot sights for revolvers?

It would be going on a Super Redhawk.

I see the Millett version has 3 MOA and 5 MOA. Is that the dot size at 100 yards? Pros and cons on the two sizes?

Are these kind of sights only 1x magnification? Seems like that is all I have seen so far.

Thanks.

Ultradot all the way. They can take an unreal beating. This is the Ultradot 30 on my .500 Linebaugh SRH (now belonging to Lee Martin).

The majority of red dot sights are 1x. Some do have magnification (TruGlo 2x, dfor example).

The dot size in MOA is an angle measure (Minute of Angle, 1/60th of a degree. also called Minute of Arc and Arcminute). 1 MOA is about 1 inch at 100 yds (1.047 inches). That scales according to range (1/2 inch at 50 yds, 3 inches at 300 yds, etc).

Revolvers put a lot more g-stress on an optic than shooting the same load in a rifle. Don't skimp, unless you enjoy shopping for replacements.
