As in the past, there will be a fund raising auction for the RCA Display Show funds after our banquet the night of Saturday night, March 20th, during the Harrisburg show.

Members, non-members, friends, families, Ruger fans are welcome to attend and participate. Auction rules are very simple:

1 HAVE FUN. The purpose of this auction is to raise funds for our hobby and to have fun while doing it.
2 No reserves.
3 All bidders must be present to win. No proxy bids, phone bids, or other remote bidding allowed.
4 All non-gun items will have a $5 opening bid.
5 All firearms will have a reasonable opening bid to be set by Show Coordinator.
6 All firearms must be sold following all applicable Federal, State and Local laws (ie through an FFL).
7 No time limits. Auction will end when the last bidder speaks.
8 Once the bidding is completed for an item, leave it up front, and pick it up when the auction ends.
9 Payment for all items won will be made once the auction is over.
10 All payments to be in the form of cash or check only.
11 HAVE FUN.

Items are donated by members, friends, benefactors and Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. The current list of items can be found here:

The list will be updated as more items are donated.

If you would like to donate any items, please feel free to email or PM me.

Thanks!

ARGH! I can't be there! Gonna be in NYC that whole weekend. Some very nice items there I'd like. Oh, well. I know the winners will appreciate the loot and it goes towards a good cause. :)

There's more stuff coming, too. I will list it once I receive it.

Hey, BlkHawk73, NYC isn't that far away...only a couple of hours. Come on by for the banquet. It starts at 7PM...you can be back in NYC later that night...

:D

We're always looking for more donations of items that can help raise funds for all of the display shows.

Remember that these auctions help raise funds not only for the Harrisburg and Tulsa shows but also for the NRA Show as well as the Washington show and potentially future Idaho shows.

Everyone that has participated and benefited from these shows I'm sure can understand at the expenses associated with the awards, plaques, giveaways, etc...

Please help give back by contributing, we can always use more items to help raise more funds.

I will keep updating the list on the RCA website so check back and see what will be auctioned off.

We're up to two guns, a pink LCP, donated by Ruger, and a Duplicate serial number Old Model Single Six, donated by Bill Hamm.

The list of items has been finalized. We have 73 total items to be auctioned off so it looks as though it will be another great auction.

See you there!!
