Question about a Vaquero---------------

I found a Vaquero 44 mag. with a 7 1/2" barrel. Serial# 57-02882. I looked in the Reference Book and that number doesn't exist. Does anyone have any info about this revolver? I am sure I wrote down the right serial number. Thanks

A standard Vaquero manufactured 1999.

Yes...the 7-1/2" in any Vaquero was not a good seller for Ruger. The .44 Mags are among the scarcest.
