Pine Tree Casting Collectors?

I was going through some stuff and ran across this item. I have never seen another and would like to hear from anyone that might have additional information... The small "sticker" rather small and came with the card shown.

I kinda realized that after I typed the first part.

I need one now,, because I've never seen one of those. My collection of stickers is extensive,, but not quite complete. That one is another one I'm now going to search for.

Ran across a Pine Tree item, likely far more common, have a couple of these in "alloy" as Ruger describes them, plus only one in stainless. Wasn't certain as to how common they were, but figured they probably gave them out at open houses?
