Orphans

Anyone have any orphan Rugers.
I have these two. The top one is a 1976 Single Six with a 9 1/2" barrel. It came with aftermarket stags which I sold and replaced with a set of grips I had laying around. I have less than $100 in it. It came with a mag cylinder only, luckily I had a LR cylinder lying around.
The second one is an OM Single six which came with some ugly plastic grips, I replaced them with some nice walnut grips. The gun came with the aftermarket front and rear sights.

Cool! That is quite the adjustable rear sight. Any markings? Military? Got a pic of the front sight? Looks like the ejector rod head piece is non standard Ruger. Is it? Never ending what people have done to improve(?) and personalize their guns.

Looks like a nickel silver insert in the front sight, and a chrome plated ejector rod.

That OM S-S is neat. Good score. It's a good thing to rescue "orphans".
