I really believe this to be as stated by the dealer to be unfired. I have around 25 pics. The story: remember a while back I posted about a guy passing away. He left his substantial gun collection to his nephew, who immediately loaded them up 10 at a time, and sold them in lots to a gunshop here. Someone who works there called me, and I picked up a new in box Single 10 from them, then later a new in the box Talo 10/22. A few of his guns were used, but almost all of them were new in the box. They said this one also appeared to be, and from the looks I believe it to be true, a new in the box Super Single Six. The bore is perfect. I don't see the rings around the cylinders like they do once you fire off a few rounds. Like all 1976's, it has the Made In The 200th Year Of Liberty on the barrel. Matching magnum cylinder, box and red bag. I paid them $600 cash. I have never fired it. It was an impulse buy. I cannot bring myself to shoot it. Looking for my $600 cost. Bud's has new NM Convertibles with polymer grips for $628.49 plus tax. So yes, you can get a new 2025 model with genuine plastic grips for $25-30 more money as this 1976 with walnut grips. If interested, please ask questions and I will try to answer honestly. I also ordered and have the Ruger letter for it.

*** I can only post 12 pics to a post, and I cannot reply and add more pics until someone else does first. That's how the classifieds work. Thanks for reading.

Paid $87.00 for mine brand new in December of 1976. After thousands of rounds, still looks like brand new and is a serious tack driver.
