for sale is a blued NM 22 mag Ruger Single-Six cylinder in overall good shape with one rust spot i tried to capture in the pictures. i'm listing this for sale for a friend who found it in his late father inlaw's estate.

it was brought to my attention that i should take some measurements of the cylinder length so someone could verify it will work in their pistol. they are as follows:
These all are in regards to length,
Face of ratchet to the face of the extended stem is 1.622”
Face of ratchet to face of cylinder is 1.492”
Face of cylinder to face of cylinder is 1.405”

I measured the cylinder of my 22 Bisley and this is as close as I could get the measurement's.
It looks like it might work.

Face of ratchet to the face of the extended stem is 1.6205
Face of ratchet to face of cylinder is 1.494
Face of cylinder to face of cylinder is 1.4045

Would I just have to take a little off the "extended stem" at the front of the cylinder? I would like to have a 22 mag revolver.

That would depend on how big a Cylinder Gap you have on your current cylinder. Might not take anything, might take a little. I think you are close enough.
