yes,,, I believe you are correct.
The only other distributor of the NM F/T's was Williams and theirs was the -41 Mag. the "Hank Williams" guns. Not counting the RCA F/T's.

I just visited Lipsey's . . . the gun I asked about has an MSRP of $929, only available as a convertible.
A conventional, "plow-handle" non-convertible Blackhawk on Ruger's site is $669, but not a Flattop.
