Yup, and once you've mastered the mkII reassembly it's easy.

I’ve got two MK IV and neither one of them are fun to shoot. The only advantages are the takedown procedure and mag release. The mark two is a much better shooting gun and I like the safety lever on it a lot better.

I have a MKII and a MKIV Lite.......... I never shoot the MKII anymore.
Needless to say, I'm just a plinker and certainly not a competitor. I find joy in the lightness, the simplicitiy, the reliability out of the box, but MOST of all, never having to make myself crazy trying to reassemble the beautiful slab-sided MKII.
