Just found this forum. Been a Ruger fan for many years. A lot of Bill Ruger’s creations have come and gone through my hands. I still have some interesting Ruger guns like my early 44 Carbine and a No.1 made in 1976 that began life as a 458 Winchester and is now a 470 Nitro Express converted by Bowen Arms. I once had a matched set of Gold Label shotguns in a nice leather case that were from a NRA fundraising auction. Beautiful pair of shotguns that I have some regrets of letting go. Anyway, glad to be here.
