need scope base for SBH Hunter .44 mag

I need a scope base for a SBH Hunter, either buy or trade a Ruger SRH scope base. Went ahead and ordered one.

I thought one of the major design features of the SBH Hunter WAS built in scope mounting on the bbl ?
