My New LCP Disassembled Itself While I was Shooting

Brand new LCP with Lasermax, cleaned it, checked it out, put it back together, and went to the range with grandson.

After about 4 mags, the top half, slde etc. came off while I was shooting.
We found all the parts, including the takedown pin that was laying on the concrete behind me.

Nothing really looks wrong with the parts, any thoughts appreciated.

Sounds like the pin detent (part #20). If the gun is reassembled and the takedown pin is secure, it was probably not fully seated before you started popping rounds. Easy part to replace yourself if it's the problem.
