Hi everyone,
I'm new to firearms. My first two were revolvers, …a Ruger lcr 357and a Ruger Wrangler. The lcr packs a lot of punch!
I'm thinking of selling the lcr and purchasing a Security 9.
Thoughts?

Let me tell you a little story about a gun I always wanted. It was a Winchester lever action, chambered for the 410 shotgun shell.
They called it a 9410. I fooled around, bought and sold Marlin model 60, 22 cal rifles, always meaning to go down to the hardware store and get a 9410. They were pretty cheap, and I always assumed they would stay around.
I used to go to that store and look at them, but I never bought one.
Have you ever seen one? I am now certain you will never see a new one, and I will never own one. Firearm manufacturers change with the times. Hang onto what you have. They might decide to stop making it.
You cannot go back and get one you saw.
Buy a cheap gun locker and patiently add more firearms as you can afford them. They are a better investment than classic cars, and more affordable.
