Sorry that I can't answer your specific question, but the fact is that I just plain don't know enough about the collector market to know anything other than that the price difference between an original folding stock GB and a "regular GB" is a lot.
What I do know however is this....
Once upon a time, Ruger sold that same folding stock as an accessory...plus, a lot of folding stocks got replaced by owners who had replaced them with conventional stocks. Point being that there has always been a lot more folding stocks floating around than there were folding stock guns produced. And bear in mind that even back in the day, there was way-more GB models sold with a conventional stock than was sold with a folding stock.
What I'm getting at here is that it's almost as common to encounter a "faked" folding-stock BG as it is to run-up on an original. Once upon a time, the first tip off was that the fakes usually lacked the "one of a kind" sling attachment on it's gas block...but now days, re-popped fakes of those are being sold, so ya can't easily go by that either.
Not saying that the seller you are looking at is dishonest because hey, he might be as honest as the day is long but still not know for sure what he has. I'm just simply saying to be careful of what you're actually buying that's all.
