Max rebore caliber for a 1-V barrel?

What is the largest you'd comfortably go in reboring a 1-V 22-250? I'm thinking of a 375 Ruger with a Vais brake, but I don't know if the contour can handle it.

Most folks that rebore want a minimum .100" a side over groove diameter at the muzzle. That will be one heavy rifle.
